She has worked with AVANTI for past 8 years where she has extensively worked in the area of financial and strategic consulting in the SME space. She has a deep understanding of the various facets of audit and control including legal and compliance, MIS, process validation, tax audit, statutory audit and business planning.

She has rich professional experience in the audit of financial statements of public and private entities, in leading diverse teams and people development. She has a proven track record of working with varied clients from SMEs to Fortune 500 companies, and on complex audit engagements in various industries. She has good leadership skills and ability to analyze the strategic needs of organizations. Having worked with one of the big four audit firms, she has acquired the important skills of understanding international best practices and implementing them in organizations. She has excellent communication skills and great capability to build and maintain relationships.
